About Me
I am passionate about helping people feel more positive about themselves and reconnect with who they truly are. I genuinely love the work I do. Supporting clients to move towards greater self-understanding, confidence, and emotional wellbeing is what inspires me to be a counsellor.
Like many counsellors, I have also needed support during difficult periods in my own life. Because of this, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life becomes hard to manage. While everyone’s experience is unique, we often share similar struggles — and you don’t have to face yours alone.
How I Can Help
As an experienced counsellor in Cheltenham, Gloucester and the surrounding areas, I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including:
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Feelings of emptiness or emotional disconnection
-
Low self-worth and self-esteem
-
Difficulty understanding or expressing emotions
-
Relationship difficulties (with partners, family members, and parents)
I offer counselling to help you make sense of what you’re going through, in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and manageable.
My Qualifications and Experience
I am a fully qualified, person-centred and integrative counsellor. I hold both an advanced certificate and a diploma in counselling, and I have 7 years of experience working with clients.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and I regularly undertake continuing professional development (CPD) to ensure my practice remains ethical, up to date, and informed by the latest training and research.
Counselling Sessions
I offer counselling in a peaceful, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
-
Sessions last 60 minutes
-
Weekly sessions are recommended, as counselling is most effective when attended regularly
-
The fee is £65 per session
My counselling practice provides a safe environment where we can work at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you.
Starting Therapy
Considering therapy can feel daunting, especially if this is your first time. In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you and gradually build a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
This can be a space where you share thoughts and experiences you may never have spoken about before. Over time, counselling can help you feel more connected to yourself, more hopeful, and better able to manage life’s challenges.
